Where are your offices located?
We have two convenient locations one located on 22 Pleasant Street West Bridgewater, MA and our second location is on 31 Pine Street Norfolk MA Suite 206.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 8am-3pm.

What are the payment methods you accept?
Your credit card information is safe with us. We accept most major credit, debit, and prepaid cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
What if I call after the office is closed?
Your phone call will be transferred to an answering service and calls will be directed from there.
Will I see a different provider each time I come to the office?
Dr. Algendy sees all patients personally on each visit, he will be the only provider performing all procedures.

What do I need to bring with me for my initial consultation?
On the day of your initial consultation please bring your insurance cards and identification. Please have any recent imaging, updated medication list, and your last office note from your primary care.
If I have an injection will I need a driver?
A driver is needed for most injection, appropriate instructions will be given to you during your office visit and before any injections.
What do treatment plans consist of at Bay State Pain?
At Bay State Pain Management we have a comprehensive approach to pain management. Every patient has a specific treatment plan based on their specific condition, responses to medications, injections, and physical therapy.
Where are the procedures performed?
Most procedures are performed on site at our office.

Does Baystate Pain take my insurance?
Yes, we take all major insurances such as BCBS, Mass Health, Medicare, Tufts, and BMC. Please call for more information.
Can I be seen if I have been in a workers comp or an auto accident?
Yes, we would need to get authorization from you adjustor. You would need to provide us with your adjusters name and number, the date of injury, and the case number.
Will my insurance prolong my appointment date?
No, here at Baystate Pain Management we work efficiently with insurance companies to minimize wait periods.
What if I change my insurance information?
If your insurance changes please notify the office as soon as possible. This ensures that we have the proper authorization to continue with your medical care.
FAQ: Treatments
Can I return to my normal activities after having a procedure?
We advise that you rest at home for the remainder of the day. You may perform your usual tasks as tolerated.
Can I take a shower after the procedure?
You may shower after an injection, but taking a bath is not advised.
Can I use heat after the procedure?
Using heat is not advised, it may cause you to burn without knowing it. Your skin may be still numb after the anesthesia.
Can I resume my medications after the procedure?
You can resume all medications after the procedure including blood thinners, which are held before the procedure, Please check with us for special instructions for each medication.
